Joyce graduated from Scheller School of Business in May 2023. With a biomedical engineering background, Joyce has worked in different settings throughout her career, from research labs, startup, and now a multi-national corporation. Always trying to identify the needs of the consumers, and dedicated to optimize processes and workflow, she is looking forward to live her entrepreneurial dream to develop this Plandat tool and and make plant parents' lives easier and joyful!

Michael Chan is a biomedical engineer who is currently building the algorithms for health wearables. He is natural maker, who understands and loves how electronics work. He is skilled in fast prototyping, confident in building any IoT devices. Because of his PhD training, he also sees the values in the data collected using the Plandat device and has the skills and knowledge to enable various anticipated data-driven features. Michael is the technical brain of this team!
